Ordering:

Back Orders:
We endeavour to send your order complete whenever possible however we cannot guarantee stock availablility of all products at all times. We may contact you to advise an appropriate substitution or alternatively keep the item on back order for 6 weeks from receipt of order.
Delivery:
We aim to dispatch orders the same day Monday to Friday with a 1:30pm cut off (next day thereafter). Delivery generally 48 to 72 hours. International orders will be dispatched - generally small packet air mail - same day - please call for delivery times. Orders to USA/Canada are - in general - 5-7 working days from dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges:
In accordance with the Sales of Goods Act & Distance Selling Regulations all returns:-
Refunds usually get processed at the end of each month.
- Must be sent within 7 days to Dancewear, 182 Rose Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4BA for an exchange or credit or refund, please state clearly your preference
- Must be sent with full postage paid. We strongly recommend using recorded post.
- Must be sent in their original re-saleable condition with all packaging and tags attached
- Must include clear instructions.
